VP or Director of Marketing is the day-to-day client-facing contact while Janice hires, directs and oversees this person. Janice is still involved in key strategic meetings as the team sees fit. This option provides more total hours a reduced combined rate.

No execution or direct team oversight. Janice takes meetings Founder/CEO/Key Stakeholders as necessary. Janice will respond to emails for feedback, connections, recommendations for resourcing, ideas for strategies and tactics, etc.
